You can use ADOBE FLASH LIVE MEDIA ENCODER, available at or XSPLIT BROADCASTER available at Both programs are free and easy to use. There is no active antivirus running on either my Windows 10 laptop or the Windows 7 test workstation I'm currently using. You can also use other free streaming/recording software that is free. If I launch the Roxio software prior to launching OBS (which I understand is recommended) the switch to YPbPr does not happen, though I still get nothing from the Roxio in OBS. If at this point I launch the Roxio software and hit Capture, it just hangs trying to get the HDMI signal (likely because the Roxio is no longer processing from the HDMI input). If however I add the Roxio device into OBS as a Video Capture Card, the Roxio switches to say it's in YPbPr mode, and the passthrough signal to the monitor goes away. I can also see things in the Roxio software just fine. If I have the Roxio connected to the workstation and passing through its HDMI signal to another monitor, I can see things on the monitor just fine. The Roxio device has a light indicating whether or not the signal it's processing is HDMI or YPbPr. ![]() I have noted the following is happening, though: I also just tried it on a Windows 7 workstation but the problem persists. You can either go to Help -> Check for Update or check the link below. I tried uninstalling the software (both the Roxio software as well as OBS) with no change. I tried to simplify matters by reproducing my initial test-with a laptop plugged into the Roxio and no passthrough HDMI output. At one point I did get it to display a portion of my Xbox One dashboard, but that small portion is also what was passing through to my TV. Unfortunately I could never get the video to display within OBS again. I thought all was well so I took it home to do some testing with consoles. I could see the connected laptop in my OBS stream preview. (The company is now owned by Corel.) Sadly when I even turn on Roxio Game Capture HD PRO (the now official software for the thing) it gives me a no signal and it won’t come up in OBS under devices when I connect it. Launched OBS, added Video Capture Card and selected the Roxio. On my computer it says drivers missing this despite me downloading the Roxio Game Capture HD from the official site. Downloaded and installed latest version of OBS Studio (17.0.2). Launched Roxio software and clicked Capture. Connected another laptop to the Roxio via HDMI. Connected it to my laptop (Windows 10 1607) via USB. ![]() SwannEye HD Pro allows you to connect and view streams from supported cameras. The latest version of the software that could have been downloaded for PCs running Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. I just purchased a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro. SwannEye HD Pro.exe is the most frequent filename for this programs installer.
